Open Settings › Notifications and switch off anything you don't want. Every notification is on until you change it. Your choices are yours only.

- Quiet-week nudge: one reminder at about 8 pm your time on a day you haven't opened Forra.
- Weekly summary: Sunday evening, with the week's number of expenses and total.
You aren't notified about your own changes. Ticking an item off the shopping list doesn't notify anyone.
A banner saying notifications are turned off means your phone is blocking them. Tap Open Settings and allow notifications for Forra. See Notifications aren't arriving.
