Only the person who added an expense or income can edit or delete it. The shopping list is shared: anyone in the household can change any item.

Everyone in the household can see every entry. The name under each one shows who added it.
If an entry someone else added is wrong, ask them to fix it. Tapping it does nothing for you, and it can't be swiped away.
