The App Store or Google Play shows the price in your local currency, which may differ slightly from the euro price.
The free trial
If your account can have a trial, the button says Start for free. You aren't charged until the 7 days end. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged at all.
Who gets Premium
Premium belongs to the Forra account that subscribed. Other members of your household keep the free features and would need their own subscription for Premium.
Restore a purchase
On a new phone, or if Premium looks locked, open Settings › Restore purchases. Sign in to the Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with first.
Cancel
You cancel through the store you subscribed with. In Forra, Settings › Manage subscription takes you there. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
- iPhone: open the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › Forra › Cancel Subscription. Open App Store subscriptions.
- Android: open Google Play › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Forra › Cancel subscription. Open Google Play subscriptions.
If a payment fails
The store retries the payment, and you keep Premium for up to 16 days while it's sorted out. Update your payment method in the App Store or Google Play.
Refunds
- Through the store: Apple and Google handle the payments, so refunds usually go through them: Apple's Report a Problem, or Google Play refunds.
- Within 14 days (EU): you can withdraw within 14 days of first subscribing. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll arrange a full refund. See the Terms of Service.
